SYSTEMS ADMIN

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with Asterisk Phone systems
• Understanding of network topology and structure
• Understanding of Multiple Operating systems, including Microsoft, Apple and Linux
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone, face to face and e-mail interactions
• Ability to multi-task a must!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

Plan, update, and master network security best practices to protect Internal and External systems.  Provide helpdesk support to employees with computer problems. Plan, build and deploy computers and networking equipment, including computers, file servers, printers, switches, asterisk phone system and other networked devices.  Help Customers and employees with E-mail support across multiple platforms.  Provide assistance with external IT requests as needed, including Domain creation, basic troubleshooting and service maintenance.
