Joey was great and it was a good experience. Detailing on the Jeep was pathetic. Attention to detail was lacking. Someone needs to step it up.

I knew I needed a new vehicle. After doing an initial check of what was on the lot, I went in for a test drive of a few used vehicles. Rick was the sales agent to help us. I drove the 2 cars and told him I'd come back later as I was still looking into my options. Rick was happy to help and DID N...OT pressure me to commit to either of the vehicles. He also answered any follow-up questions I had via text, which I totally appreciate as I hate being called constantly. After looking around, we retuned to the dealership and Rick helped me find the RIGHT vehicle for me.... Many of my co-workers have purchased Jeeps from the dealership and ick suggested I test drive a used Jeep. I had never owned one or driven one... so I did and I loved it. Rick and the finance team made the transaction happen, with ease! I really appreciated the low stress and no pressure approach. So happy with my vehicle. Thank you. Show more

Knew what we wanted, they had it and the transaction went very quickly. Only problem was the surprise at lease agreement signing. There is a $395 fee at lease termination!! You're being penalized when you fulfil your less obligation and simply want to turn the car in. Unbelievable but true. Did not ...face this with competitor Lease I just terminated. Show more

I was able to get the deal I wanted quickly and efficiently in a Thursday. I came in Monday and the papers were drawn up and ready to go. I spent less than two hours negotiating and buying. Thank You Ashely Smith my sales agent. Dan W

This review is for the Jeep service center.After my first visit, I would've give Brigss zero stars. The whole time I was greatly treated by Mr. Rick VanDonge, he gave me a quote before I took my Jeep for some repairs and he kept me updated with the progress (He deserves 5 starts). The job took longe...r than expected and the day I went to pick it up I got a call from the service manager Mr. Blake Cromwell (who deserves ZERO stars) telling me that it was going to cost three times the quoted amount, also telling me that my shocks did not fit my Jeep and it would be unsafe to drive back home without shocks (which I end up doing and when I got home I installed them in less than 15 min.) so he offered me new shocks and I refuse because I knew they could've been installed at least for me to drive home and install new shocks. Mr. Blake was very rude and even told me to go pick up my Jeep just so they can get rid of it because it "had been a pain" to work on it (really?). They also broke a bolt an exhaust mount and a leaf mounting bracket and didn't tell me when I picked it up and on top of that he told me that I got the deal of my life because I didn't have to pay for the three days of labor that it took to change the 2 back leaf springs, yes, 3 days.Anyway, the reason for my 4 stars review, is because after I contacted Mr. Brent Hoss and showed him what they did to my car, he offer me to take it back and get everything fixed for free and Mr. Rick again took great care of me and Mr. Blake never even bothered apologizing after everything he did. I think it would be unfair to give them a bad review based on the incompetence of the service manager so I think I could say just talk to Rick when you go there.After speaking to a couple of co-workers that have purchased cars from Briggs and taken them to their service shop, I found out that I wasn't the only one being treated like that by Mr. Blake. And I can also see at least another reviewer on this site complaining about him. Show more
