It was the best purchasing experience we've had with a new vehicle. Both Jeff Lopez and Ashely Smith were professional, courteous and friendly. Ashely was absolutely tenacious about finding the exact right match for our needs. She actually exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Jeff was like ta...lking to family. Our experience prior to choosing Dick Scott was terrible! We had looked at three dealerships before driving 25 minutes out of town to Dick Scott. We settled on Dick Scott because of the huge selection and EXCELLENT customer service! We got the Jeep we wanted, the terms we needed and the royal treatm...ent from Ashley! We already have and will continue to recommend Dick Scott and Ashley Smith to anyone who compliments us on our new Jeep! Show more

You dont need to suffer from the pain like in other dealerships. Ashley is very helpful. They offered good price for the trade in and good discount on the new car. Best jeep dealership I visited!

My van broke down on the highway in Fowlerville and I had it towed to Dick Scott Motor Mall. I was from way out of town, had no clue where I was, I was 7 months pregnant and I was supposed to be in Ann Arbor that evening. One of their staff ,Scott Combs was the most helpful person I could have asked... for. They not only figured out what was wrong with my van, but got it right in and fixed it, and had me on my way within a few hours. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am so grateful for the help and understanding I received that day! If you're going to break down, you want it to be here! Show more

I always dread buying a new car because I am worried about pushy salespeople and paying more for what I asked for. Working with Mark G. at Dick Scott changed all of that. I got an amazing car and he really worked to get me the financing, payments, warranty, and everything I needed. He did the work b...efore I arrived so that it took less stress and time away from me. My family/extended relatives have used Dick Scott in the past and all of them have been satisfied and continue to buy cars through them. Definitely the place to go! Show more

I was looking for a new truck and our salesman asked questions to narrow down the intended use of the truck and what features I would be interested in having on the vehicle. Test drove one of the trucks on the lot and after shopping around and comparing brands of manufacturers the wife and I decided... on a new Ram. The salesman searched and found a truck that met our needs and after confirming with us they traveled 500 miles to pick up this vehicle and trailered it back. The day the vehicle was ready for us to pickup the dealership sent a driver to give us a ride to the dealership so that we could enjoy driving our new truck home together. I do not believe you could be treated better anywhere else if you are considering purchasing a vehicle. Everyone we interacted with was great and provided us with an experience that made us feel great. Show more

Shopping for a car with a 5 week old baby wasn't ideal. After completing my research online Dick Scott was excellent to work with. They allowed my husband to bring the vehicle home overnight so we didn't have to drag the baby 45 miles to the dealership. It gave me more time to look over (and driv...e) the car without feeling rushed. Our salesmen addresses the minor issues I had with the vehicle and we make a deal I was happy with. Even though the dealership is a 45 min drive we will work with them again for a future vehicle. Show more

Very happy with my trip to Dick Scott. Couldn't believe how fast it all went, too! Ashley was prompt and willing to make the experience a happy one. Everything was done right on the spot, I was able to drive my car home that afternoon! Thank You All, I love my Buick!

Buying a car here was very enjoyable. I called ahead as I had an idea of what I was looking for and they had a great car waiting for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our schedule was very busy so they delivered the vehicle to my home. Much appreciation! They even gave a follow up courtesy call... to see how things were going with our new Jeep. We've had the Patriot a few months now and are very satisfied with this vehicle. Show more
