We found the car on line, called and spoke with Mark and made the long drive the next morning (Saturday) to see the car. The vehicle was everything we were looking for. Mark was friendly and efficient. We decided to purchase the vehicle and pick it up on Monday. As we worked with Ed to sign the f...inance papers, Mark was preparing to surprise us by having the car ready to take with us that afternoon. Marks extra efforts saved us time and money by not having to make the extra trip. My husband has been wanting that specific car for many, many years and now has his DREAM car! I couldn't be happier for my husband and I am very thankful for Mark and Dick Scott. We are planning to keep this car for a very, very long time and so Mark and Dick Scott will be a huge part of it's story. Show more

I was extremely happy with the way I was treated and the deal we made. I would recommend Dick Scott Motor Mall and Joe Murphy to anyone shopping for a new Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep.

Very impressed with the exquisite service. Very friendly. Mark made me feel so comfortable and with my credit issues even, he made it all work out and never passed judgement. Him and Ed were really there to serve and please and I left a very happy lady:)

We just bought a car from Briggs and I was very happy with their service, prices, and overall customer service. They were very patient with me and I never felt pushed into buying a car. They even let me drive two different cars to work to see which one I liked better! We got an amazing price f...or our car, suprisingly good, and I couldn't be happier. We worked with Mark on the Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge side and other people on the Subaru side who were all awesome. Also, my previous car was a Jeep and I got it serviced at the dealer two times with no problems at all. They even called afterwards to make sure I was happy with the service. I will definitely be going back to this dealership for any future car purchase or car servicing needs. Show more

Our salesperson Nelson was amazing right from the moment we walked through the door. We bought our first vehicle from Dick Scott (Plymouth location) back in August 2016 and have been telling everyone about the wonderful service we received then. Don Harley made this super easy! Found me a great car in less that 4 days!!! Picked it up and drove it off the lot in an hour! Easiest car purchase ever and I love my car!

Joey Draper even called our insurance agency and gave my husband and me popcorn and bottled water while he filled out the paperwork. Then he showed me around the dealership so I would know where to go when I come back for an oil change.
