My son and daughter and I have purchases several vehicles from Dick Scott Motor Mall in Fowlerville. We always deal with Jeff Lopez and Ashley Smith. We even have brought friends and neighbors to the dealership and they purchases vehicles. I am 74 years old and have been buying cars and trucks my w...hole life and have never had a better relationship with a dealer and staff as I have with Dick Scott. Nelson was very informative and patient with my wife & myself, when comparing a Cherokee & Grand Cherokee. I had 2 trade-ins & I received a decent price for both. A price was reached for the total deal. I'm totally satisfied with the dealership, especially Nelson. I have always liked your Serv...ice Dept & the value & cost of repairs. We had a great experience with the dealership. The truck we were interested in was in service. We asked Ashley Smith if we could possibly go back & look at it. She went and checked and got the ok. She xalled me as soon as we could test drive the truck. We told her to run financing that night. Jeff L...opez was amazing too. He got me a warrenty & great interest rate while still staying in my budget. Very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I will buy my next car from them. Show more
