I had a great experience at Dick Scott. Our sales person Tom was great, low pressure but extremely helpful. Pricing was fair and honest. I would highly recommend this dealership and Tom to anyone.

I was looking for a particular car and sought out everywhere. I saw the vehicle that I wanted at Dick Scott and inquired about it. Rick the sales person, arranged for a driver, Rich, to show me the car so I knew what I was buying. Now I live 100 miles from the dealership so I was extremely impresse...d! I also have to mention that I have less than perfect credit, but they treated me with class and dignity in order to buy the vehicle that I like. Thank you Rick for being professional from start to finish. I will buy another vehicle from them again. Show more

This review is for the Jeep service center.After my first visit, I would've give Brigss zero stars. The whole time I was greatly treated by Mr. Rick VanDonge, he gave me a quote before I took my Jeep for some repairs and he kept me updated with the progress (He deserves 5 starts). The job took longe...r than expected and the day I went to pick it up I got a call from the service manager Mr. Blake Cromwell (who deserves ZERO stars) telling me that it was going to cost three times the quoted amount, also telling me that my shocks did not fit my Jeep and it would be unsafe to drive back home without shocks (which I end up doing and when I got home I installed them in less than 15 min.) so he offered me new shocks and I refuse because I knew they could've been installed at least for me to drive home and install new shocks. Mr. Blake was very rude and even told me to go pick up my Jeep just so they can get rid of it because it "had been a pain" to work on it (really?). They also broke a bolt an exhaust mount and a leaf mounting bracket and didn't tell me when I picked it up and on top of that he told me that I got the deal of my life because I didn't have to pay for the three days of labor that it took to change the 2 back leaf springs, yes, 3 days.Anyway, the reason for my 4 stars review, is because after I contacted Mr. Brent Hoss and showed him what they did to my car, he offer me to take it back and get everything fixed for free and Mr. Rick again took great care of me and Mr. Blake never even bothered apologizing after everything he did. I think it would be unfair to give them a bad review based on the incompetence of the service manager so I think I could say just talk to Rick when you go there.After speaking to a couple of co-workers that have purchased cars from Briggs and taken them to their service shop, I found out that I wasn't the only one being treated like that by Mr. Blake. And I can also see at least another reviewer on this site complaining about him. Show more

It was time for me to get a new vehicle. I am a professional free-lance musician/ music producer and needed a vehicle I could rely on to get me to and from my many jobs around Michigan and across the midwest and east coast. Greg already had the best one for my needs picked out and ready to go when w...e arrived at the dealership. I didn't need to spend hours looking around the lot (although we did spend a few minutes, just for fun and curiosity). The 2012 Ford Escape he picked out and I bought certified pre-owned is perfect; Clean, low miles, plenty of cargo space for all my gear, decent MPG, comfortable for long drives, modern audio/sync capabilities.. (plus my girlfriend now feels safe and secure when I drive her around!) Greg got me a very fair price and helped secure decent financing. Greg's the best! He's honest, extremely gregarious (pun intended!), and really knows his stuff! I would highly recommend visiting him when you need any help finding a vehicle to suit your needs. Dealership was awesome. Everybody was friendly and accommodating. Joe Murphy was really helpful and nice - he listened to what I wanted and then picked a couple of cars and let me test drive all the cars. He never tried to push a car on me. After the test drive, we discussed what would be best for ...me. I already had fallen in love with the cherokee trailhawk and he went and presented a very good deal - so I bought the car . The dealership and Joe followed up with me the next day and everything was ready when I came and picked the car up. Great experience. Show more

The most user friendly website to browse for cars. Very good prices and an excellent staff. The selection of cars is bigger than the Lansing dealerships.

This is the 4th car or truck I have bought from this dealership and Joe Murphy (sales person). Every time has been a pleasurable experience dealing with great employees. They have a large inventory of cars and trucks. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

We were in town from VA visiting family. It was Saturday before Memorial Day and we were to head back to VA the next day. The check engine light in our '14 Grand Cherokee with the 3L diesel comes on. With a 650 mile drive ahead of us I was very concerned, Dick Scott Motor Mall was closest to me. On ...my first call the service adviser was on the other line so I left a call back number. Less the 5 minutes later Mr. Shelton called back. I explained the problem and was told to come in but at 2 hours before closing time before a holiday weekend there were no guarantees, which I totally understood. I showed up at the dealership about 50 minutes before closing. There just happened to be a "service bulletin" for the very reason the CEL came on in our Jeep and they were able to do a computer update on it while I waited! I had a great casual conversation with Mr. Malkasian from the sales team while I waited. The service technician Kevin was friendly and performed the update very quickly. I was definitely impressed with the overall effort to take care of my problem right before closing on a holiday weekend. The other dealership I called in a town just east of Howell had already closed their service center even though online it said they should still be open. Thanks to Mr. Shelton and the whole team at Dick Scott Motor Mall in Fowelrville! The trip home was uneventful and the CEL has stayed off! If I ever hav ethe chance to recommend the dealership I certainly will. Show more
